Les raquettes sont plus petites et plus légères. On s’adapte à l’âge en faisant des jeux de ballons à faire rouler au sol. On utilise des balles en mousse et des ballons de baudruche. On introduit le tennis en restant ludique, tout en s’amusant.
A quoi ressemble un entraînement pour les tout-petits ?
En général, les entraînements durent 1 heure. Il peut y avoir 1 à 2 cours par semaine : mercredi et samedi. Cela comprend généralement un échauffement, des jeux collectifs et éducatifs. On travaille ainsi la tenue de la raquette, la lecture de la trajectoire de la balle et la coordination. On apprend la technique du coup droit et du revers et enfin le service. On termine toujours le cours par un jeu collectif.
