Reformation est une nouvelle adresse tendance de la capitale, qui a ouvert ses portes fin novembre 2017. Nous avons testé une séance de 55 minutes sur l’une des neuf machines Reformer dans ce studio, situé au 175 rue du Temple dans le 3e arrondissement de Paris.
Travail en profondeur
Pour les aficionados du Pilates sur tapis, la pratique sur machines est tout aussi satisfaisante et complémentaire. Car tout l’attrait de cette discipline, dont l’objectif est le renforcement musculaire, est que vous travaillez les mouvements davantage en profondeur et surtout beaucoup plus en précision.
Le Reformer vous fait gagner en amplitude avec des exercices de pilates plus ciblés.
